Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Training & Services Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong Sales and Marketing experience in the IT services domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with freshers interested in our technical training programs and potential clients for IT services, ensuring seamless communication, follow-ups, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Scheduling: Call freshers who apply for technical training and arrange their interview schedules. Follow up with applicants to ensure timely attendance and completion of the admission process. Client Outreach & Proposal Sharing: Contact prospective clients from leads generated by the Digital Marketing team or any other sources. Share proposals for our IT services via calls and emails, ensuring effective communication. Pre-Sales & Business Development: Reach out to potential business opportunities from inquiries (random or generated) for upselling IT services . Understand client requirements and offer tailored service solutions. Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups on every contacted lead to ensure conversions. Build and nurture client relationships to maximize long-term opportunities. Daily Reporting & Coordination: Provide daily reports to the Director , detailing activities, lead status, and progress. Share End-of-Day (EOD) reports summarizing outreach efforts and conversions. Additional Responsibilities: Assist in any other company requirements, as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: ✅ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in the IT services domain . ✅ Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for engaging with prospects via calls and emails. ✅ Experience in handling lead generation, pre-sales, and business development . ✅ Ability to upsell and convince clients about technical services and training benefits. ✅ Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, Email), and digital communication platforms. ✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
