• We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our India Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue within IT and Non-IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage new clients across industries for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
• Participate in client meetings, proposal presentations, and negotiations.
• Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 36 years of experience in business development or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of India staffing market and industry hiring trends.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
