The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities to support the organization's growth objectives. The role involves expanding the company's international and domestic market presence, developing strong client relationships, facilitating partnerships, and driving revenue generation aligned with Punyam Academy's global expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the corporate sector, educational institutions, and government organizations in domestic and export market.
  • Identify prospective clients, market segments, and partnership avenues in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and global market demands.
  • Pitch Punyam Academy's E-learning courses, training kits, documentation kits and other products to prospective clients, and close sales.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns and generate high-quality leads through online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in managing clients and developing new markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform effectively in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Knowledge of the e-learning industry or global compliance training markets, ISO standards, or audit-based learning solutions (preferred).
