Role Overview

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
  • Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as

    Accounts

    and

    Student Support

    to ensure smooth documentation and payment processing.
  • Respond to and resolve student queries efficiently.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy, including fortnightly submission of admission cancellation documents to DPU and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages:

    English, Hindi, Marathi

    (mandatory)
  • Strong sales orientation and goal-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence.


Qualifications & Experience


  • 1 year to 4 years of experience

    in sales or counselling (Ed-Tech / education sector preferred).


Compensation


  • Salary:

    ₹2.5 L – ₹3.5 L per annum
  • Incentives:

    Attractive, performance-based incentives (no upper limit)


Work Schedule


  • Days:

    Monday to Saturday
  • Timings:

    9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Weekly Off:

    Sunday
