Role Overview

Senior Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Create and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
• Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
• Meet monthly business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and client updates
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and work in a fast-paced business environment
• Good understanding of marketing, PR services, and industry dynamics (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
