This role involves market research, lead generation, pitching services or products, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand the company’s client base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various platforms, including Upwork, PPH, Sales Navigator, and others. Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients. Follow up on proposals to increase conversion rates and secure new business. Address client inquiries and offer insights on specific projects to drive engagement. Keep company profiles updated with recent projects, capabilities, and achievements. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or any field with a strong interest in marketing. Prior experience in Business Development. Proficient in Upwork Bidding and familiar with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc. Expertise in bring project in mobile application & web application is a plus point. Should have strong understanding of CMS as well like WordPress, Shopify & other CMS as well Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
