Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a passionate Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The executive's responsibilities include generating leads to closing deals and meeting targets as under: 1. Understanding business and identifying potential clients, needing services. Manage the lead generation and lead qualification process, as well as cultivate relationships with potential clients 2. Responsibilities include identifying and generating sales opportunities and converting them into business. Includes tasks like maintaining customer relationships, studying competitors performance, negotiating deals, The candidate would have experience in sales of ERP/Supply chain IT products and services, preferably in SAP s4 Hana, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 or similar products and services. 3. Connect with potential leads. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new business opportunities through variety of channels , such as email, phone/calls , social media, networking etc. 4. To understand the vision, product, and the overall strategy and stay updated on the changes in a fast-moving environment. 5. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. 6. Setting up meetings with potential clients and demonstrating and presenting our services to them 7. Negotiating with clients, closing deals, and converting leads into clients. 8. Assisting in marketing campaigns and arranging business meetings with top MNCs/ Indian and other companies as well as individuals ( retail segment). 9. Meeting or exceeding sales and new client acquisition targets. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications, skills and experience: MBA/Graduate. 3+ years of business development / sales experience in services /IT industry. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
