Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and strategic partnerships for our RFID and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of RFID/IoT, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to identify, engage, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by targeting potential clients across industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, etc.). Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase GreenFuturz solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and quotations for clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client pain points and recommending tailored RFID/IoT solutions. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Stay updated on emerging RFID & IoT technologies and industry use cases. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance solution offerings. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the technical and pre-sales team to ensure seamless solution delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, IoT, RFID, or automation solutions. Strong understanding of RFID technologies, IoT platforms, asset tracking, and automation. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
