Senior Business Development Executive

ElectriVa is Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive (Eastern Region)

ElectriVa is expanding its presence in Eastern India. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive partnerships, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the EV charging ecosystem. If you’ve spent the last few years building strategic collaborations, identifying business opportunities and love the fast pace of working in the EV / clean mobility sector, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, nurture and manage partnerships with stakeholders across the EV ecosystem (OEMs, corporate clients, fleet operators, developers, dealerships & more)
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue through smart collaborations and market expansion
• Support and execute 360° marketing initiatives — digital outreach, offline campaigns, events and BTL activities
• Represent ElectriVa at key EV events, industry forums, trade shows and government platforms to build strategic relationships
• Conduct market research to track competitor movement, potential alliances and emerging opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, projects, operations & finance—to enable seamless execution of partnership-led projects
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility of ElectriVa across the Eastern Region through sustained business and partnership growth

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience in Business Development

• Experience in the EV industry preferred

• Strong networking, negotiation & communication skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multi-team coordination

• Comfortable with travel

• Immediate joiners
