Job Description

Job Role:

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions, generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting students and parents throughout the admissions journey. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and email communication.
  • Achieve student admission targets and contribute to overall organizational sales goals.
  • Understand student and parent requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career interests.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing admissions—ensuring quarterly targets are met.
  • Counsel and interact with students and parents, offering guidance on program selection, application procedures, and deadlines.
  • Assist students in gathering and submitting all required documentation for the application process.
  • Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and related guidelines to students, parents, and guardians.
  • Manage the systematic and efficient processing of applications, maintaining clear communication with students and parents at each stage.

Expertise & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Strong ability to empathize with students and parents, building rapport through effective conversations.
  • A strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Proven track record of converting leads into successful admissions/sales.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Any).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
