JOB DESCRIPTION Position / Role: Senior Business Development - MES Function: International sales and business development (USA & Mexico, Europe) Years of experience: 2 to 8 years Domain: Automotive Mechanical engineering services and Manufacturing solution Services: Mechanical design & robotic simulation of automotive Body In White, SPM, Material Handling, Manufacturing Work Location: Pune, Kharadi/ Work from Office / Mon- Fri. Roles & Responsibilities Proven sales expertise in Europe and North Americas region in the domain of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Sales and Marketing of engineering and manufacturing Services, exploring new opportunities for business across the assigned Geographic region and client management, coordination with corporate communication. Responsible for achieving ambitious growth plans, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies. To create market presence for the Engineering Services for clients and driving results through relentless execution. Devising gotomarket plan for the services/solutions, and coordinating the pace of execution to ensure sales results. Implementation of Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage. To regularly report achievements versus forecasts to the Senior Management Team. Should possess excellent relationship account management skills. Should have high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. An indepth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery Excellent Written /oral communication skills, Presentation and negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Relationship building skills. Closing sales in North America with prior travel experience preferred. New customer acquisition and relationship management (hunting and farming) Shall have good track record of achieving the targeted annual revenues Ability to work with cross functional team like inside sales, marketing, competency and Delivery. Existing network of connects in the market will be an added advantage. Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders to adapt current portfolios to new business opportunities. Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management. Develop and implement a market-specific tactical action plan for growth of assigned Industry.
