Senior Business Development Executive (B2B)

As a Brand Partnership Executive/Senior Executive & Strategist at Tring, you will play a crucial role in building impactful relationships, creating collaborations, and executing successful campaigns with brands. Your strategic thinking will be combined with hands-on execution to expand our network of partnerships and enhance our market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Initiate first-touch business conversations through strategic calling, smart networking, and participation in industry events to unlock new B2B opportunities. - Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, starting from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale account management. - Conduct virtual sales presentations with decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term clients. - Collaborate closely with the Celebrity Management Team to develop customized celebrity-led campaigns and solutions for brands. - Take complete ownership of lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management utilizing Zoho CRM. - Establish strong, enduring client partnerships to ensure repeat business, retention, and high satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of solid experience in B2B Sales/Media Sales with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets. - Mandatory background in the Media Industry, including experience in influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, agency sales, brand partnerships, etc. - Excellent understanding of Marketing in conjunction with sales. - Proficiency in prospecting, client acquisition, business pitching, and relationship management. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills. - Capability to articulate creative and commercial solutions clearly, confidently, and persuasively. - Comfortable working with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and structured sales processes. - Strong ownership mindset, where you proactively create leads rather than waiting for them.
