We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IP sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our IP services. This role requires working during US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position our services effectively. Develop Business Plans: Create and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals. Lead Generation: Oversee the lead generation process through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored IP solutions. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our services. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results. Provide regular updates to management on business development efforts and market feedback. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving business development processes and implement best practices.
