Experience: 6+ Years Senior Business Analyst Profile: - Education: Bachelors degree in business, MBA, BE in Computer Science, or equivalent technical education. - Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience. - Skills: Teamwork and strong communication skills are essential. - Expertise: Proven experience as a senior business analyst. - Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Advantage: Knowledge of Wireframe creation tools and Microsoft Visio. - Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Agile Skills: Experience in maintaining User Stories and product backlog. - Analytical: Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. - Strategic: Analyzing industry trends, developing price and profitability strategies, recommending enhancements, and identifying new opportunities. - Leadership: Effective communication and leadership skills. - QA Collaboration: Assisting in QA and usability testing, partnering with internal/external development partners in the creation of Acceptance Criteria. - UX Collaboration: Working closely with UX designers, usability engineers, and front-end software engineers. - Stakeholder Management: Partnering with stakeholders required for new features, enhancements, and bug fix work efforts.
