Senior Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understand Business needs and elicit and document requirements
• Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements
• Achieve consensus on business needs, usability, performance and feasibility.
• For internal customers being supported
• i) Develop and maintain knowledge & learning.
• ii) Proliferate offerings to sales team
• iii) Advise QA and Development teams on troubleshooting analysis
• Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of the customer, development and QA.
• Develop artefacts through case studies, white papers and lessons learnt.
• Feasibility analysis on prospective business
• Support project planning and status reporting.
• Mentor / Guide associate Business Analysts in working efficiently.
• Sharing of knowledge and learning amongst peers.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Degree B.E
2. Certifications (if any) Optional

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Overall (in years) 8+ years
2. Relevant (in years) 5+ years
