About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple work-streams—tech, data, QA, analytics
  
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, especially in the high-tech domain
  
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions and delivery plans
  
• Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, risk management, and customer reviews
  
• Drive Agile ceremonies, team performance, and timely delivery
  
• Lead and collaborate with large cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
  
• Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and continuous delivery improvement
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years in project delivery / program management / techno-functional business analysis
  
• Experience working with multiple customers as a

  vendor/consulting partner

• Strong exposure to

  high-tech customer environments

• Hands-on understanding of

  microservices

  ,

  API, data engineering

  ,

  architecture awareness

  , and

  QA

• Exposure to

  data science / analytics initiatives

• Strong understanding of

  Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive objective-focused outcomes
