Job Description A skilled Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals. A Business Analyst job description should cover collaborating with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting. Hands-on experience working with an Agile team Requirement Analysis Process as-is and to-be mapping User story writing with well-defined acceptance criteria Preparing Wireframes/Prototypes Preparing Business Process models: MS Visio | Mind meister | PowerPoint Translating project needs to applications and operations and acting as an interface between business units, developer teams, QA, and clients Functionality Training/knowledge transfer sessions to other team members Defect resolution and query handling from client, QA, and development team Participate in project walkthroughs: Design Walkthrough | Functional test plans, etc. Manage requirements and related communication with the development team and the QA team Delivery Management: Overseeing project delivery, ensuring that timelines are met and collaborating with teams to resolve any roadblocks Insurance Domain Expertise : Previous experience working in the insurance industry is a plus, understanding of key processes, regulations, and product offerings Involvement in the product construct process, understanding how products are developed and ensuring that requirements align with product development goals API Integration Collaborating with technical teams to define integration points, ensure proper data flow, and validate functionality within the system architecture Handled the client Weekly updates and delivered the project with demos to the stakeholders Analyzing project change requests, Impact Analysis Good communication skills both written & spoken Eligibility Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Ability Strong grasp of core Computer Science Concepts Strong Communication Skills and relevant experience of 5+ years Displayed ownership in building end-to-end applications Interested candidates can reach out to our HR team at shivangi@monocept.com or call us on 9154825809
