Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent with K2

Work Timings: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST

Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join a new Azure cloud migration project scheduled to begin in January 2026. The open positions include Senior Business Analyst roles with direct involvement in digital transformation initiatives and modernization of legacy systems.

Candidates must have proven experience in cloud migration projects and solid knowledge of Azure technology stacks.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements related to the Azure migration;
• Map business processes and identify optimization opportunities;
• Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders;
• Prepare detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, etc.);
• Support testing phases and post-migration validation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in application migration projects to the cloud (Azure);
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Advanced or fluent English for communication with global teams.
