Job Description

Senior Business Analyst Position Overview: Working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the development and implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Role & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and project teams to elicit and document business requirements. Ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy of gathered information. Solution Development: Assist in the design and development of business solutions, such as new software applications, process workflows, or reporting systems, in line with identified requirements. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing efforts to validate and verify the functionality and accuracy of developed solutions. Help identify and resolve issues during testing phases. Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirement specifications, process documentation,Stories,Grooming, test plans, and other relevant reports. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing clear updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders. 4. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 6. Adaptability: Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment. 7. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in requirements, documentation, and analysis. 8. Problem-solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions. 9. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or business domain of the organization is an advantage. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and prior experience in Agile teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
