Designation - Business Analyst

Location- Pune & Coimbatore (Hybrid)

Experience:- 6+ Years

Domain:- Property & Causality. (Insurance) - Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
• Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams.
• Support projects throughout their full lifecycle—from discovery through delivery.
• Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Documentation Skills:

  Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Methodologies:

  Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

• Tools: Proficiency

  with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required).
