Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst (Veeva Promomats) at FocalCXM, your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders in commercial domains within the IT, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical industries. Your primary responsibility is to gather and analyze requirements, with a particular focus on leveraging your expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats. You will translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications, support project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in testing and training, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption through thorough documentation. - Actively liaise with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical specifications - Engage with cross-functional teams to define deliverables from unstructured requirements - Analyze existing business processes to recommend improvements - Lead or support the implementation of new systems - Conduct data analysis for insights - Create comprehensive documentation - Provide end-user training - Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards - Manage multiple projects concurrently - Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors for integrated solutions As a skilled Business Analyst, you will need advanced expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats, Salesforce (with a focus on Healthcare Solutions), business requirements gathering, process improvement, system implementation, end-user support and training. Additionally, experience in integration solutions, global data warehouse solutions, master data management solutions, IQVIA software, and Accuratics advanced analytics software in the healthcare sector is required. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess at least 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development, have a strong grasp of business requirements translation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
