What this Job Entails: The Business Analyst (Mid-High Level) role elevates you to a strategic Supporter Proven examples and confidence in all areas within the business analysis domain. Youll leverage your extensive experience to lead projects, support business transformation initiatives, and become a trusted advisor to senior Business Analysts, team and management. Youll be a strategic thought adviser, supporting business transformation and ensuring that IT solutions align perfectly with the organizations goals. Resolves a wide range of Business data issues in creative ways Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their speciality Works on problems of a diverse scope Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments Able to articulate complex issues and blockers with a focus on solution recommendations when esclating Responsibilities Strategic Business Analysis Support: Youll take the lead on business analysis initiatives and offer support and advice on defining project scope, leading requirement gathering efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Able be aware and advice on internal teams time / prirotires Solution Architect Expertise: Go beyond problem-solving. Youll design and architect optimal solutions, potentially involving new technologies or process re-engineering. Driving Business Transformation: Youll play a pivotal role in supporting the business transformation initiatives, analyzing current state processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Youll continuously stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis to ensure your recommendations are innovative and future-proof. Documentation Master: Youll create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, process maps, and project plans. Business Process Improvement: Youll leverage your understanding of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization. Stakeholder Management: Youll effectively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, addressing concerns, and keeping everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Proficiency: Youll possess in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, methodologies, and best practices within your industry. Bachelor s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of five years proven experience including handling medium to high level projects Self-motivated Results-driven Well organized individual Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams Ability to forge strong relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides PLX (beginner) SQL (internediate to advanced) Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
