Job Title:

Location- Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow B2B mutual fund distribution business for the branch.
  • Acquire, develop, and manage strong relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and other channel partners.
  • Drive branch-level sales targets for AUM, SIPs, and revenue generation.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives handling B2B partners.
  • Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for partners to deepen wallet share and enhance productivity.
  • Plan and execute business development activities such as distributor meets, engagement events, and market campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data, pipeline tracking, and partner feedback.
  • Maintain regulatory and operational compliance as per SEBI/AMFI and internal AMC guidelines.
