Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and update BIM models throughout all phases of a project.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and related documentation.
Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related deliverables.
Participate in BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection and resolution.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil.
Proven experience in Revit Architecture- modeling, annotation & sheet creation also experience in AutoCAD.
Experience on construction processes, building systems, and construction documentation.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience on BIM 360 - collaboration, Navisworks clash deduction, BIM standards.
Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individual with a passion for BIM.
