SDE III

What You’ll Own:

✅ Architect, design, and develop large-scale distributed backend systems using Java Spring Boot

✅ Lead module design for WMS, billing, and shipment orchestration systems.

✅ Own service decomposition, data modelling, and performance scaling decisions.

✅ Guide API design, micro service boundaries, event-driven communication, and database schemas.

✅ Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and DevOps to deliver scalable, resilient features.

✅ Mentor junior engineers (SDE I & II) through design reviews, performance tuning, and hands-on problem-solving.

✅ Drive engineering best practices: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and robust error handling.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep hands-on expertise in at least one of Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or Python.

✔️ Strong experience designing distributed systems, micro services, and event-driven architectures.

✔️ Hands-on experience with large-scale DB design — both SQL & NoSQL.

✔️ Proven track record of leading modules or products (not just small features).

✔️ Strong debugging skills for production-grade issues in containerised environments.

✔️ Solid understanding of performance bottlenecks, caching strategies, queues, and failure handling.
