Job Title: Business Analyst – Pre-Sales

Experience: 5+ Years

We are a leading IT services company providing cutting-edge digital solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise platforms. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Business Analyst who can act as a bridge between our sales and delivery teams, driving business value and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and propose custom IT service-based solutions.
  • Analyze RFPs/RFIs and create tailored proposals and solution documents for clients.
  • Conduct client requirement analysis through discovery calls, questionnaires, and workshops.
  • Translate client requirements into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and scope documents.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and product demos.
  • Assist in effort estimation, timelines, and pricing discussions in coordination with technical leads.
  • Support sales enablement by creating reusable content like case studies, pitch decks, and solution frameworks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams post-sale to ensure smooth project handover and scope clarity.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a services-based IT environment, especially in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Strong understanding of custom software development processes (web, mobile, eCommerce, CMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience preparing proposals, SOWs, and responding to RFPs for service-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, etc.


Preferred Skills:


  • Exposure to international clients (US, UK, UAE, Australia, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience working with sales CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
