Role: Senior Automation Performance Engineer Experience: 7+ Years Location : Hyderabad, Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and performance of our applications across multiple pods. The ideal candidate will design and implement automated functional and performance test suites for various systems including CCB Online, Batch, Edge Integrations, IVR, and Customer Experience (CX) transactions. A strong emphasis is placed on system stability, scalability, and performance optimization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain automated end-to-end performance and functional test scripts for: CCB Online (Reads + Updates) CCB Batch Transactions Edge System Integrations IVR and CX workflows Implement automated validation of key business functions to ensure system stability and regression reliability. Conduct load and stress testing to assess application scalability and responsiveness. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous performance validation. Create and manage test data and refresh strategies to ensure repeatable and accurate test executions. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to development and DevOps teams. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues. REQUIRED SKILLS Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java, Python , and SQL for scripting and automation logic. Automation Frameworks : Experience with Selenium , JUnit , TestNG , or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) . Database Knowledge : Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture , SQL queries , and PL/SQL for backend validation and performance tuning. Data Integrity Validation : Ability to perform data consistency checks across integrated systems. API Testing : Familiarity with testing REST and SOAP services using Postman or SoapUI . Load Testing Tools : Hands-on experience with JMeter , LoadRunner , or equivalent performance testing tools. CI/CD Integration : Knowledge of integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Debugging & Analysis : Strong debugging skills to isolate test failures and performance anomalies. Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret test metrics and logs to provide performance insights and system recommendations. GOOD TO HAVE Prior experience working in Agile/DevOps environments. Experience with large-scale Oracle application deployments.
