About this opportunity:

We are excited to present a dynamic opportunity at the forefront of the IT industry for an IT Engineer/Tester. You will test, administer, troubleshoot, and support a wide range of customer application systems. Using expert manual and automated test-case design, you will deliver services that meet and exceed customer expectations while working in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment as part of a customer-focused team.

What you will do:

Identify and define test cases for automation; implement, review code, troubleshoot and resolve team issues, and prepare reports.
Design automation strategies and contribute to framework design; apply strong core Python knowledge.
Develop, debug, and maintain Python and Robot Framework scripts.
Apply strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Implement data-driven testing approaches.
Handle YAML and JSON data effectively.
Work with Jira and Jira APIs (advantageous; 2+ years preferred).
Build test automation frameworks from near-scratch when required.
Research and propose creative automation solutions to complex testing problems.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Provide 1–2 hours daily overlap with the US onsite team.

The skills you bring:

Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
UI automation experience using Selenium or equivalent libraries.
Advanced core Python skills.
Python scripting experience, including custom keywords.
End-to-end API automation experience using Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts (Rosetta pipeline preferred).
Understanding of Docker, containers, and Helm.
CLI and non-functional automation skills, including shell scripting.
Experience testing cloud-native applications on Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Git, Rosetta, and Jenkins.
Experience with continuous testing and DevOps practices.
