About the Role: The Senior Healthcare Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial operations within the healthcare sector. This position involves conducting comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience : 4 - 5 years Timing : 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM Roles and Responsibilities: At least 4 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Review client financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance. Identify and communicate audit issues, discrepancies, and areas of improvement to clients and internal teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; demonstrate a high level of technical competence. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven history of coaching others to success. High proficiency with Microsoft Office products / applications. Skills: The required skills for this position include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for evaluating complex financial data and identifying discrepancies. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively present audit findings and collaborate with various departments.
