Job description & Summary: Job responsibilities: Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to: Perform and assist with audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS. Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls. Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap- up. Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in United State. Able to do US GAAP & US GAAS research independently. Industry exposure: Healthcare &EBP Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines. Mentor, train and supervise lighter level staff. Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel. Communicate with Supervisor/ Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise. The ideal candidate must have: CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices Strong organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities are required. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills. Ability to work well independently but also work well with others. Approaches projects with a sense of urgency Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of Caseware, caseview or IDEA is a plus.
