Senior Associate/Team Lead/Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate/Team Lead/Assistant Manager in GWS Tech at our Chennai/Indore location, you will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, particularly TAC support, for Google Workspace (GWS). Your role will also involve utilizing knowledge of Industry Standard Ticketing tools and ITIL Framework. Additionally, possessing an Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. A good typing speed of 30 to 50 WPM is preferred, and you should be willing to work in shifts based on client requirements.
