Job Description

About The Role

We're looking for a IT Manager / Senior Associate to lead our IT operations, support end-users, manage networks, and ensure audit readiness in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk support✅ Provide direct support to end-users across Microsoft 365, devices, and applications✅ Administer and secure networks, firewalls (Sophos), and cloud infrastructure✅ Prepare and support ISO 27001 audits and ensure DPDPA/GDPR compliance✅ Manage IT documentation, SOPs, and vendor relationships✅ Drive automation and AI adoption using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot✅ Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate across departments

What You Bring

 Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field

 10+ years of hands-on IT experience, including team leadership

 Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity Experience with ISO audits and regulatory compliance

 Excellent Troubleshooting, Documentation, And Communication Skills

 Certifications like ITIL, ISO Lead Auditor, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administratorare a plusSkills: troubleshooting,automation,it operations,regulatory compliance,azure
