Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance policies and classification codes.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in premium auditing, specifically in workers' compensation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of policyholders' financial records to verify payroll and classification codes for workers' compensation policies.
• Analyze data and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to policyholders and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate premium calculations.
• Provide guidance and support to policyholders regarding audit procedures and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to workers' compensation premium audits.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
