Roles & Responsiblities:

Handle day-to-day FFD activities in line with Airlines and Industry procedures and as per the agreed SLA
Proficient in ATPCO and its products like Public/Pvt filings,CAT25, Optional services, YQ-YQ, Add on's etc.
Well versed with World geography and ATPCO terminology
Strong GDS knowledge like in Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Worldspan/Apollo etc.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving capabilties.
Effective oral/written communication with client and internal stakeholders
Strong in documentation and its maintenance
Proficiency in MS office application
Prioritizing the work allocation according to SLA requirements
Share all the updates in briefing, discuss the challenges on process improvement
Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision in a dynamic work environment
Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Problem solving ability
Ability to meet deadlines, providing accurate and thorough results
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Good time management and organization skills
Readiness for 24*7 shifts and rotational WO's.
