About the Role

Salesforce Associate


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce development experience and consulting skills who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements, analyze needs, and design high-level architectural frameworks.
  • Design and implement scalable, large-scale Salesforce applications with B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Develop solutions using

    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework, and asynchronous Apex

    .
  • Conceptualize and implement end-to-end integration projects, including authentication mechanisms.
  • Design and manage data flows using ETL tools or data loader.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits during integrations.
  • Work with CI/CD tools, repositories (e.g., Git), and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Provide consulting expertise, technical design documentation, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, thought leadership, and process improvements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years

    of Salesforce development experience with

    B2B Commerce Cloud

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework

    , and integrations.
  • Experience with REST & SOAP APIs and knowledge of Salesforce governor limits.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git repositories.
  • Background in solution architecting, estimation processes, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and documentation skills.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Commerce Cloud).
  • Knowledge of

    Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, CloudCraze B2B

    .
  • Basic experience with performance testing, incident, and problem management.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
