We are seeking an experienced Retirement Services professional with hands-on expertise in either Money-In, Money-Out, and Corrections across multiple retirement plan types. The role requires strong transaction accuracy, understanding of IRS regulations, and the ability to process complex participant and beneficiary requests.

Key Responsibilities :

Corrections & Tax Reporting :

• Apply tax rules for pre-tax, Roth, and after-tax sources.• Correct and reissue 1099-R forms when required.• Apply vesting, surrender charge, penalty, and eligibility rules.• Execute transaction blocks, stop requests, and remediation steps.

Required Domain Knowledge :

• Understanding of retirement markets: 401(k), 403(b), 457, IRA, LOSAP, governmental/top-hat plans.• Strong knowledge of taxability, penalties, RMD rules, hardships, QDRO, and ERISA guidelines.• Ability to interpret plan provisions and apply IRS regulations accurately.

• High accuracy & attention to detail• Strong analytical and exception-handling abilities• Comfort working with financial documents & regulatory guidelines• Excellent written & verbal communication• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
