Job Summary The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting the operational needs of GlobeOp India, contributing to efficient and accurate financial processes and reporting. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality. Job Responsibilities Execute and review daily operational tasks related to financial data processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Analyze and resolve discrepancies or exceptions in financial data with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines. Prepare and deliver various reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and adherence to reporting standards. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Technology) to address issues, implement process improvements, and ensure seamless operations. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful completion. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains within daily operations. Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, fund accounting, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work consistently. Prior experience with financial software or reconciliation platforms is a plus.
