Job Title:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and quality parameters.
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines at all times.
Ensure first contact resolution and maintain a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience: 19 years (freshers can apply).
