The Foundation of CapitalSquare Group was laid in the year with an aim to establish one of the premiere financial services conglomerates in India. The Group provides one-stop solution for fund raising solutions and financial advisory services through its Merchant Banking & Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Project Management, and Insurance Brokerage arms. Duties and Responsibilities: Identification and reach out to targets for Private Equity. Financial and Strategic analysis of Targets. Preparation of Financial Model, Pitch Book, Presentation, and other transaction documents. Participating in the due diligence process and other general support to the senior investment team throughout the transaction process. Managing relationship with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds. Industry and sector research and identification of potential and active areas. End to end execution of transaction Experience: 4 to 6 years Educational Qualification: MBA/ CA/ Engineer Skills: Ability to understand complex issues and explain arguments concisely. High level of numeracy, working knowledge of accounting. Intimate knowledge of valuation techniques and their appropriate application
