Senior Associate-Order to Cash-Collections

You have a key role in improving collection performance goals by reducing bad debt, DSO, and other key performance indicators. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving monthly cash collection targets by actively following up with customers - Attending and participating in collection meetings to update the manager on current statuses - Enforcing credit policy and ensuring adherence to accepted standards - Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional teams involved in the AR process - Maintaining agreed-upon reporting metrics associated with individual portfolios - Negotiating and managing relationships effectively - Running credit checks on new business - Processing month-end closing entries in a timely manner - Involvement in special projects as necessary Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 3 years of collections experience in a fast-paced, target-driven business - Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure - Experience with SAP & QuickBooks systems is an advantage - Preferred skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and spreadsheets - Strong communication, interpersonal, detail-oriented, and team-oriented problem-solving skills Additionally, your strong problem-solving and customer service skills, along with your ability to prioritize and multi-task, will be essential in this role.,
