Job Description

cross-functionalmultitask Job Summary: The Campaign Operations team is a centralized unit, that is in Pune and supports our planning & buying teams based in the USA, UK and Canada. This team will be responsible in ensuring all our Digital campaigns are executed accurately and are performing as per the goals for the campaign. This team plays an integral role within the campaign lifecycle and functions as an extension of our global teams. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working with numbers and have strong communication skills. The person will also thrive in a team environment and have a high level of curiosity. Responsibilities: Responsible for Prisma campaign data inputting in a timely manner, booking campaigns in accordance with media plan Work with the teams based in our Global offices to upload & setup of campaigns for Digital buys Issue campaign RO and track campaign performance to ensure it is delivering as per the goals Facilitate the trafficking process by issuing Digital trafficking sheets and Insertion Order Release Forms Competitive reporting and analysis Collect creative specifications and manage digital trafficking requirements for the Ad Ops team Be responsible for billing discrepancies and produce resolutions Update media flowcharts based on campaign flights Supporting campaign setup, including ad trafficking, targeting, and tracking implementation Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements, including targeting parameters, creative assets, and budget allocation Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on campaign performance and other ad-hoc tasks related to planning and buying operations Continuously monitor campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend Participate in departmental projects as requested Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree and equivalent work experience 1-6 years of Digital Marketing experience or Media planning/buying with good knowledge of traditional or digital media Experience in any of the Adservers or DSPs like CM360, GAM, GA etc. or Media buying platforms like Prisma/MediaTools etc. would be a plus Strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and partners Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and make data-driven recommendations Excellent MS Excel skills and PowerPoint Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team Comfortable working late shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST)
