Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Salcette. The Senior Associate will be responsible for daily operations, member engagement, customer service, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Additional tasks include collaborating with various departments, managing guest requests efficiently, and contributing to overall resort management. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service and guest relations experience Operational management and team coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the hospitality industry Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Salcette Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus Show more Show less
