Senior Associate - International Tax and Transactions - Stamp

As a Senior Advisor in Stamp Taxes at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of UK and international clients, including multinational corporations, developers, investment banks, fund managers, investors, lenders, and public bodies. The team provides advice on all areas of stamp taxes and ATED, with a strong focus on international and inbound transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the efficient delivery of tax services by building and maintaining strong client relationships - Assist in winning new business by managing existing clients effectively - Manage stamp tax projects with a focus on technical excellence and practical solutions - Ensure maximum value extraction for both EY and clients while managing risks appropriately **Qualifications Required:** - ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification - Stamp Tax experience - Graduate/Graduate calibre or equivalent work experience As an experienced tax/legal practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in Stamp Taxes, you are expected to be client-driven, strategically and commercially aware, and an excellent communicator in various settings. Your role will involve working on projects such as IPOs, cross-border mergers, property transactions, due diligence, and liaising with HMRC Stamp Taxes.
