JD: Sr. Associate / Assistant Manager Quality

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Quality professional to lead QA operations, drive plant-wide compliance, and strengthen our Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 22000, FSMS, FSSC 22000, and FSSAI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Quality Assurance operations and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Manage SOPs, documentation control, and product/process specifications.
• Support production and cross-functional teams in quality and documentation issues.
• Lead HACCP, FSSC 22000, internal audit programs, and CAPA implementation.
• Handle third-party, regulatory, and customer audits including follow-ups and closures.
• Ensure timely batch release (premix & finished goods) and process validations.
• Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Manage QA teams (IPQA, QC & Documentation) and ensure skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in 

  Pharma, Food Tech, Biotech, Chemistry

  , or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

   in food/pharma manufacturing; nutraceuticals preferred. Laboratory Exp. is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of 

  HACCP, GMP, GLP, FSSAI, FSMS, 5S

  , and packaging quality.
• Exposure to tablet/capsule plant quality requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
