As a Senior Associate in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) based in Chennai, your role involves evaluating financial statements, analyzing rent rolls, and reviewing tenant searches. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying recurring and non-recurring income/expenses - Differentiating between capital expenditure and operating expenses - Understanding cash and accrual methodologies - Abstracting and understanding leases and loan documents - Evaluating reimbursement structures - Reviewing third party appraisal, engineering, and environmental reports - Writing and reviewing credit memorandums and asset summary reports - Ensuring Annual Reviews, Problem Loan Reports, and obligor risk ratings are completed on time - Monitoring client credit quality and identifying deteriorations - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and credit policies - Managing workflow efficiently and accurately - Participating in process excellence initiatives - Partnering with clients for knowledge transfer and regulatory compliance - Analyzing financial transactions and preparing financial models - Driving organizational change and innovation - Demonstrating strong execution skills with attention to detail - Excelling in oral and written communication - Working effectively in ambiguous situations and shifting priorities - Planning projects by identifying risks and assumptions - Focusing on bottom-line results and strategic thinking - Demonstrating strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant, MBA, or holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
