Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims management, endorsement processing, and handling payment and premium disputes.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, claims procedures, and endorsement guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle policy endorsements, including reviewing requests, updating policy information, and ensuring accuracy.
• Address notice of payment and premium disputes, investigating issues and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and brokers to gather necessary information and clarify claims and endorsement requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant claims and endorsement information.
• Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution of issues
