Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. About the Role: We're looking for a creative and strategic Senior Associate – Brand Marketing to build Native’s brand strategy and communication across the funnel. The role combines the power of strategic communication and funnel-specific messaging deployment to drive growth for Native RO & Locks while shaping Native into a trusted consumer solutions brand—radically different from traditional, product-first players. You’ll be responsible for building brand love through original content and creator collaborations, identifying the right GTM strategies across media and messaging, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across the entire customer journey. What You’ll Do: GTM Strategy & Funnel Communication Understand the customer journey inside-out, and tailor communication to each stage—from building awareness to driving consideration and conversions. Build differentiated communication strategies for each stage of the funnel—awareness, consideration, and conversion for Native products. Work closely with GTM & growth teams to ensure messaging aligns with product launches, key seasonal moments, and revenue goals. Content & Social Strategy Build and drive our brand and social strategy across Instagram and YouTube—using a mix of long-form and short-form content to tell stories that matter. Own the content calendar and storytelling roadmap, maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and brand narrative across touchpoints. Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, or freelancers to produce content that is visually compelling and strategically on-point. Creator Partnerships & Brand Endorsement Identify and work with creators who genuinely align with Native’s values—and can speak to their communities with honesty and impact. Build a network of creators/KOLs who become long-term advocates and voices for the brand. This role is right for you, if: You have 3-5 years of relevant experience at a brand(s) or agency, building beloved consumer brands. Bonus if you have experience growing brands & businesses using content. You have a strong balance of strategic vision, creative thinking and analytical business acumen. You need to be genuinely customer-obsessed, naturally thinking from the customer's perspective first, and authentically communicating our value proposition to inspire both internal teams and external audiences. You have experience in managing end-to-end brand/content campaigns and working with relevant agencies to deliver them. Passionate about brands, you have a strategic understanding of content and its role across multiple consumer touchpoints. Endlessly curious, you can harness qualitative and quantitative research to drive strategic decision-making. Comfortable in managing and navigating through ambiguities in a highly dynamic start-up like environment, you can manage multiple projects with often competing priorities. Strong communication skills, you can articulate a point of view and build alignment among stakeholders towards a common objective and approach.
