We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Assistant Vice President - Decision Sciences Principal responsibilities Form an integral part of the regional Analytics and Information Management team. Actively involved in the delivery of business requirements and implementation activities. Be expected to work closely with the team and show initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success. Dealing with uncertainty and changing circumstances, project interdependencies, opportunities and risks and a complex and diverse data architecture and infrastructure / systems landscape. Communicate with business team on a regular basis on various updates, issues or challenges and seek guidance proactively when required Proactively identify challenges or new opportunities and provide solution Requirements Ensure regular status updates are made on the project delivery to the project manager other key stakeholders. Ensure project milestones are accurately completed and in line with project plan dates. Interact with project stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of actions and queries. Ensure Data Management BAU deliverables are completed on time. Interact and build relationships with Risk Finance Data Teams and country stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of actions and queries. Support the delivery of the regional projects ensuring Key Milestones are met Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities. Create a safe environment to foster a diverse and inclusive team Enable people to give their best and learn from experience Show flexibility, adaptability and resilience in your delivery Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Excel. Strong understanding of data warehousing and DBMS concept. A good understanding of Python will be an added advantage.
