Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Designer (Expat) with a strong background in luxury township projects to join our dynamic team in Lonavala, India. The ideal candidate will bring global expertise, innovative design thinking, and a passion for creating high-end, sustainable, and aesthetically superior architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of luxury townships, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to translate concepts into executable designs.
• Develop master plans, concept designs, and detailed architectural drawings aligned with Della Luxury Products vision.
• Incorporate international best practices and luxury trends into township designs.
• Oversee design development, approvals, and on-site execution to maintain design integrity
• Selecting design elements for different projects
• Creating storyboard for clients and the team.
• Work closely with landscape architects, interior designers, and engineers to create cohesive luxury environments.
• Present designs and concepts to stakeholders, investors, and leadership teams.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
  

Requirements

Job Expectations:

• Proven experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale luxury projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of sustainable design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-design, luxury-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Prior international work experience is a plus.
  

Minimum Qualification

Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from a reputed institution.

Minimum Job Experience

10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury township projects
