About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking Senior Architects to join our team in Adibatla, Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about sustainable design and eager to explore Mass Timber as a modern construction material.You’ll be part of a team pioneering eco-friendly building practices and working on projects that blend innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, with a focus on sustainable building materials and practices.Preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation documents using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.Contribute to research and design development involving Mass Timber and hybrid construction systems.Participate in site visits, coordination meetings, and design documentation and compliance processes.Collaborate with structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants during various phases of design and execution.Stay updated on green building trends, local regulations, and material innovations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.5+years of experience in architectural design, construction documentation, or site coordination.Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, )Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.Willingness to learn how to design with Mass Timber as a building material.Enthusiasm for sustainable design, climate-responsive architecture, and new construction technologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Company website: http://www.nesca.in/Work location - Adibatla, Hyderabad.
